1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Turnexedic. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user"), and Turnexedic ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and our digital mobile top-up and smartphone account replenishment services. Turnexedic provides an online platform that allows users to purchase mobile airtime, data packages, and digital credits ("Top-Ups") for smartphones and mobile devices. Our service acts as an intermediary facilitating transactions between you and various telecommunications network operators. We do not provide telecommunications services directly; rather, we transmit your recharge requests to the respective mobile network operators specified by you during the transaction process.

3. User Eligibility and Accounts

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may be required to register an account with Turnexedic to access certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and checkout processes.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, or if we suspect any fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

4. Transactions, Pricing, and Payments

All transactions processed through Turnexedic are subject to the following conditions:

• Accuracy of Information: You are solely responsible for entering the correct mobile phone number, selecting the appropriate mobile network operator, and choosing the correct top-up amount. Turnexedic is not liable for Top-Ups sent to the wrong mobile number or operator due to user error.
• Pricing and Fees: The total price for any Top-Up, including any processing fees, taxes, or service charges, will be displayed to you prior to the completion of the transaction. We reserve the right to adjust pricing and fees at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Authorization: By providing a payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card, or other digital payment methods), you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the total transaction amount to it.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods and the instantaneous delivery of mobile recharge credits, all completed transactions are final. Once a Top-Up request is sent to the telecommunications operator and processed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded. Please verify all details carefully before confirming your payment. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a technical error on our platform prevented the successful transmission of the Top-Up to the carrier, and your payment was successfully processed.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree to use Turnexedic only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes, including money laundering or financing unauthorized activities.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our servers, networks, or databases.
• Using automated systems, scrapers, or bots to access or monitor our platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen payment details.
• Attempting to bypass any security measures we implement to protect the platform and our users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, Turnexedic and all content, software, designs, graphics, logos, and trademarks on our platform are the proprietary property of Turnexedic or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Turnexedic platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses. We rely on third-party telecommunications providers to deliver the Top-Ups, and we make no guarantees regarding the network coverage, speed, or service quality of these third-party carriers.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Turnexedic, its directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, loss of data, failure of telecommunications networks, or any errors or omissions in the content of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is legally established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, invalidity, breach, or termination, shall be settled through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in our primary place of business.
